Auhona Shil

Hello!
My name is Auhona Shil and I am a rising sophomore majoring in Physiology and Medical Sciences and minoring in Health and Human Values. I’m from Tucson, Arizona. I like to spend my free time teaching Indian Classical dance to kids in our community and take them to perform in cultural events. I’m also involved in Scouting, both Boys and Girls Scouts. I am one of the first female Eagle Scouts in our nation.
This past semester, I served as a Co-Directors of External Outreach. In this position, I gained valuable leadership, organization, and communication skills. I am honored to serve as your DOE this semester! I've developed meaningful connections within our community which helped me gain insight for APASA's future under current circumstances. I want to continue to advocate for our AANHPI community and not only keep, but also grow APASA within the University of Arizona.
