Center Reservations
All reservations from community and campus groups to use the Center for a program or event should be requested through our wgss@arizona.edu email address.
First, check our 'Programs & Events' page for public reservations to check when we are available.
Send email with the subject line "Center Reservation Request" to wgss@arizona.edu. In the body of the email, please identify what group you are with, along with the dates and times you would like to reserve the WGSS Center space for your program or event.
You will receive a response within 2 business days to clarify if your reservation request has been approved or denied. Once confirmed, your organization or group will be added to our Events calendar.
Student organizations that would like to be affiliated with us (meaning, would like to meet consistently within the space) must reach out to our coordinator, Audrie Ford (oddtreeford@arizona.edu) in order to sign our Student Org agreement.
