Giselle Delcid, Ph.D., is a first-generation Chicana educator, advocate, and researcher whose work centers on belonging, community, and student empowerment. With a background in education, mentorship, and program leadership, she is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where students feel seen, valued, and supported in their personal and academic journeys. Grounded in a deep commitment to social justice and student success, Giselle champions accessibility, equity, and meaningful community-building, working to ensure that students from diverse and historically marginalized backgrounds have the resources, support, and opportunities they need to flourish.
